On average our Apprentices who are new to the trade successfully complete the required curriculum in 4 four years. Plus, the INSTALL course work that students complete counts as credits towards various additional degree programs offered through the St. Paul College in St. Paul, MN. Supported by the resources and "know-how" of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters (UBC) All INSTALL program instructors continuously train in the latest floorcovering techniques and technology at the UBC International Training center in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is also here that the INSTALL program curriculum is continually developed, reviewed and evaluated by top names in floorcovering material manufacturing lending their recognition to the effectiveness of the INSTALL training.
